Two Great Locations

Dr. Folkman is available for exams and appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Dr. Vise is available for exams and appointments Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening appointment are available Thursdays when office hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Dr. Vise's office is closed each day for lunch from 12:00-1:00 PM and both offices are closed on Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00 AM for our weekly staff meeting
